Caribbean Liability Facility

In recent years, many of the major tourism providers both in the United States and Europe have begun demanding that all vendors and services providers purchase Liability Insurance with US or Worldwide Jurisdiction. This problem presents a unique issue to the Caribbean Tourism industry as many local insurers are not licensed to write Liability coverage outside of their local islands. Further, many US companies doing business with Caribbean companies are now requiring US or Worldwide Jurisdiction for contractual liability issues associated with import/export of goods. This program was designed to accommodate that need.

This product can be used in cooperation with the local island Liability policy.

Up to $20,000,000 of Sudden and Accidental Pollution and Products liability on a primary or excess bass.
Capacity of up to $250,000,000 from open market.
Direct or Reinsurance placements. Use of either local or London wordings.
Program can work stand alone or in tandem with local liability program.
